For All Savers, Anthem, AvMed, Evernorth, Golden Rule,
Optum and UnitedHealthcare

GrowTherapy works with your insurance and anticipates all copays and fees, and provides online scheduling and secure messaging.

For any insurance not listed above

Thrizer handles billing for any insurance with out-of-network benefits.

PatientFusion provides records, secure messaging, and scheduling, and can generate a "superbill" for out-of-network reimbursement.

Private Pay Rates

• Intake evaluation and planning ( 60 minutes ) $275

• Psychotherapy appointments ( 45-50 minutes ) $150

• Medication and therapy follow-up ( 50 minutes ) $200

• Medication management only ( 30 minutes ) $150

• Late Cancellation ( < 48 hours notice ) and Missed Appointment fee: up to $50

For private or out-of-network pay, I accept a check or money order made out to Three Trees Mental Health LLC, or a Zelle transfer at carlosnp@threetreesmentalhealth.com.
