Depending on your insurance, I have different client portals for billing and scheduling appointments. See the button links and descriptions below. I also have pricing for private non-insurance payment below.

For Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Harvard-Pilgrim, Oscar Health,
Tufts and Point32 Healthcare, Optum and UnitedHealthcare

Headway works with a wide range of insurance companies, anticipates all copays and fees in advance, and provides online scheduling and secure messaging.

If you don't see your insurance listed, it's still possible that you have behavioral health benefits with an accepted insurance. Once you enter your insurance information in Headway, you can likely find a provider that does accept your insurance

Thrizer handles billing for any insurance with out-of-network benefits.

For UWill students and private pay clients

PatientFusion provides records, secure messaging, and scheduling, and can generate a "superbill" for out-of-network reimbursement.

Private Pay Rates

• Intake evaluation and planning ( 60 minutes ) $275

• Psychotherapy appointments ( 45-50 minutes ) $150

• Medication and therapy follow-up ( 50 minutes ) $200

• Medication management only ( 30 minutes ) $150

• Late Cancellation ( < 48 hours notice ) and Missed Appointment fee: up to $50

For private or out-of-network pay, I accept a check or money order made out to Three Trees Mental Health LLC, or a Zelle transfer at carlosnp@threetreesmentalhealth.com.
